It sits above popular shops and it’s walking distance to many businesses in Corktown. These apartments were recently renovated with fresh finishes and new appliances. It’s listed for $2,000.






In West Village, here’s a three bedroom, one-and-a-half bath furnished home on Parker Street. It has a backyard and a basement for storage and laundry, plus it’s walking distance to many businesses in the area. It’s available for a short-term rental through spring and listed at our price point of $2,000.





In New Center, this 2,000-square-foot condo falls under this week’s price range. It has a lot of room, with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and it’s located on a beautiful tree-lined street. It also has a back deck and small yard. It’s close to the Henry Ford Hospital, Wayne State, and the Fisher Building, and it rents for $2,000 per month.




This price range can get a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment in the newly renovated David Stott Building. Here you’ll have lux finishes right in the middle of downtown, plus a fitness room, game room, and lounge. Prices range from $1,920-2,100.






Across from Belle Isle, here’s a bi-level loft in our price point. Here, find two bedrooms, two baths, a spiral staircase, and access to a rooftop terrace. It’s two miles from downtown and close to West Village. It rents for $2,000 per month; $2,100 furnished.
